The hotel is currently undergoing renovations for their upper guestroom floors in the main wing. Some construction noise may be heard during normal business hours. Whilst they will endeavor to minimize any inconvenience during this period, we seek your kind understanding if any circumstances occur.
Horizon Club Rooms and Suites will be closed from 01 June 2010 to 31 August 2010. The Horizon Lounge will be closed from 1 June 2010 to 30 September 2010. All lounge services will be provided in Angelini Restaurant during the month of September.
Cancellation Policy Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok Bangkok
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 1825.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 7 % VAT is included.
10 % service charge per room per night is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: Continental breakfast costs THB 730.00 per person per night.
American breakfast costs THB 919.00 per person per night.
Buffet breakfast costs THB 824.00 per person per night.
Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.
Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
